Wemby Blocks SMS terms

Wemby Blocks is an SMS alert program operated by Sasha Bates. These terms govern the program and your subscription. It is an independent fan project, not affiliated with the NBA, the San Antonio Spurs, or Victor Wembanyama.

Before alerts launch, website signup saves your phone number and consent request without sending a text. We retain these pre-launch requests for up to 90 days. After launch, we will request confirmation by text; you must reply YES within 15 minutes of that text before receiving block alerts. Contact ssh.b.designs@gmail.com to cancel a saved request before launch.

SMS alerts are optional and separate from access to this website. All stats are available without an account, phone number, or messaging consent. Leave the SMS checkbox unchecked or choose “Continue without texts” to use the site without signing up. Declining does not submit your number or send texts.

What you're signing up for

Enter your US phone number on our homepage, check the box agreeing to automated texts, complete the security check, and submit your signup request. Before launch, this saves your request without sending a text. After launch, reply YES within 15 minutes of receiving your confirmation text to activate your subscription. You agree to receive recurring automated texts about Victor Wembanyama's regular-season blocks at that number: one text per block, which averages about 3 texts per game day. Frequency varies with his performance. Signup confirmations and service replies may also be sent. Enrollment is limited to US numbers and available capacity.

Cost and cancellation

We do not charge a subscription fee. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. For help rejoining after opting out, contact ssh.b.designs@gmail.com.

Alerts depend on ESPN NBA data and carrier delivery and may be delayed, missed, or affected by scoring corrections. We do not guarantee instant delivery or issue an alert for every later scoring revision. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may pause or discontinue the service.
